Xiaomi has already started working on its Xiaomi 13 series smartphones according to various reports. Xiaomi launched its flagship Xiaomi 12S series in July consisting of 3 models – Xiaomi 12S, Xiaomi 12S Pro and the Xiaomi 12S Ultra. The company is expected to launch the Xiaomi 13 smartphone series sometime in the month of November. However, the specifications of the Xiaomi 13 Pro have already been reportedly leaked. Xiaomi 13 was also reportedly spotted on the EEC website with model numbers 2210132G and 2210133G, according to MySmartPrice. So, here’s what you can expect from the upcoming Xiaomi 13 Pro.
According to specifications leaked by tipster DigitalChatStation on Weibo, the Xiaomi 13 Pro is expected to come with a 6.7 inches Samsung E6 substrate flexible screen with a 2K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The display is expected to feature Corning Gorilla Glass Victus, HDR10+ support and curved edges. The leak further reveals that Xiaomi will use a four-way infinite micro-curved display in the Xiaomi 13 Pro. A single punch hole cutout is expected to feature for the front camera housing.
According to previous rumours, the Xiaomi 13 is expected to feature a 6.36-inch 2.5D flexible screen with narrow bezels and a 120Hz refresh rate.
Other reports have suggested that Xiaomi will provide 100W fast charging support and 50W wireless charging support in the Xiaomi 13 series via a single-cell battery with a self-developed charging IC. The smartphones are expected to be powered by the upcoming Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen2 chipset, which will launch sometime in November at the Qualcomm Tech Summit event.
Xiaomi is also expected to launch the Xiaomi Note 12 smartphones as the successor to this year’s Xiaomi Note 11. The Xiaomi Note 12 has also been spotted on the EEC website with model numbers 22101316G and 22101316UG
