Sanford Health offers patients a secure online health connection knows as My Sanford Chart. Any personal information contained or entered within My Sanford Chart is considered Protected Health Information. My Sanford Chart Mobile Apps
Sanford Health offers mobile apps to access your health information within your My Sanford Chart account. These are the limited ways our mobile apps interact with our information.
