iQOO on Tuesday launched the iQoo 11 smartphone in India. It is a flagship smartphone and also the first device in the country to come with Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. Other highlights of the smartphone include a 144 Hz 2K E6 AMOLED screen, 50 MP GN5 primary camera, and 120 W fast charging.
The iQoo 11 sports a metal frame and will be available in two avatars. The Alpha edition comes with a matte glass finish, whereas the Legend edition comes with a BMW M Motorsport series strip on the back with a leather finish.
The iQoo 11 comes in two RAM options. The base model with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage is priced at Rs 59,999 and the top-end model with 16 GB RAM and 256 GB storage is priced at Rs 64,999.
It will be available on Amazon and iQoo India websites starting January 13, 2023. Amazon Prime members can get the device 24 hours earlier. The company also introduced a Rs 5,000 instant bank discount along with an exchange and loyalty bonus scheme.
The iQoo 11 features a 6.78-inch E6 AMOLED screen with 2K (QHD+) pixel resolution, 144 Hz refresh rate, 1800 nits peak brightness, and 10-bit colour depth. It houses a dedicated V2 display chip and features Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection. The flat display of the phone carries an optical fingerprint sensor as well.
The iQoo 11 comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor paired with up to 16 GB LPDDR5X RAM, 256 GB UFS 4.0 onboard storage, and a vapour chamber cooling solution. The phone is backed by a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 120 W fast charging. The brand claims that it can refill 50 per cent battery in just 8 minutes.

The new iQoo phone features a triple rear camera setup, which includes a 50 MP GN5 Ultra-Sensing primary camera with OIS, a 13 MP telephoto/ portrait sensor, and an 8 MP ultrawide-angle lens. The phone can shoot 8K video at 30 fps and 4K Super Night Video. It features a 16 MP selfie camera on the front.
The iQoo 11 runs FunTouchOS 13 based on Android 13 out of the box. The phone does not have a microSD card slot. It features Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi 6, NFC, and an IR blaster for a universal remote control option. The IP rating is missing.
