The iPhone 14 launch is scheduled for September 7! Apple is expected to showcase four new models – the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 14 Pro Max, and the whole new iPhone 14 Max version (or Plus). With just a few days to go for the arrival of one of the biggest smartphone launches of the year, we already have an idea of what the iPhone 14 series may offer. This is thanks to the active rumour mills and Apple experts. The most critical thing churning the rumour mills is the iPhone 14 price in India. Several leaks suggest a diverse view on prices that may or may not match the final one that will be revealed on the launch day.
Some previous leaks suggested that it may get a hike of $100 (around Rs. 8000), especially the Pro models. Reasons? The expected major upgrades that are likely to come to the iPhone 14 Pro models. Even Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo predicted that he expects Apple to raise the average selling price of the iPhone 14 series by some 15 percent from the current iPhone 13 lineup.
Contrary to the earlier claims, a new surprising claim by a market research firm, TrendForce predicted an iPhone 14 price cut by as much as $50 (around Rs. 4000). So, how much will it end up costing you in India? Know all iPhone 14 price details here.
Based on the latest leak by TrendForce, Apple is set to offer the upcoming iPhone 14 series at a cheaper cost than previously predicted. The report explained, “the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max are among four new models to be upgraded to the A16 (TSMC 4nm) processor. Upgrades such as initial starting memory capacity increasing to LPDDR5 6GB and 256GB, primary camera moving up to 48 million, Face ID Design changes, etc., are expected to raise starting prices.”
Based on the report, this is how much the iPhone 14 series may end up being priced at in India:
iPhone 14 starting price: $749 (around Rs. 60,000)
iPhone 14 Max/Plus: $849 (approx Rs. 68,000)
iPhone 14 Pro: $1049 (around Rs. 84,000)
iPhone 14 Pro Max: $1,149 (approx. Rs. 92,000)
If this happens, then iPhone 14 may cost less than the launch price of the current iPhone 13! However, the prices are all based on predictions, and Apple may or may not bring the same price on the launch day. The good part is that you don’t have to wait much longer as the iPhone 14 launch day is just three days away!
