As previously reported last week, the HONOR X8 5G has landed in Malaysia officially. At a recommended price of RM999, interested customers can now get the phone with a 1-year extended warranty worth up to RM119.
In terms of tech specs for the local set, the HONOR X8 5G is the same as the China version as it features a 6.5-inch TFT LCD panel with a 20:9 aspect ratio. Powered by a Snapdragon 480 Plus chipset, the X8 5G is also accompanied by 6GB of RAM (+2GB extended RAM) and 128GB of storage. The Magic UI 4.2 operating system is based on Android 11.
For the triple rear camera, it consists of a 48MP primary camera followed by the depth and macro secondary lenses. The front camera is only 8MP and finally, the battery pack is 5000mAh supporting a 22.5W fast charging technology. Besides 5G connectivity, the X8 5G also supports NFC.
