Apple‘s upcoming flagship iPhone 14 series is still way away from its official launch, but the leaks and rumours about the device have been trickling in since long. The latest ‘leak’ is about the size and camera module of these devices. An image, alleged to be of iPhone 14 series moulds, is doing the rounds on Weibo. If true, the mould shows the size and shape of the upcoming iPhone 14 series devices. Interestingly, the models seen in the pic also corroborate with some earlier rumours.

The image, spotted and shared by MacRumours, adds more fuel to the rumours that Apple will be doing away with the mini models of its flagship devices starting this year.
But the ‘leak’ has to be taken with a pinch of salt, as this could just be mould for some third-party iPhone cases. But, nonetheless, this image does add to the hype around the upcoming iPhones.
Just like its predecessors, Apple iPhone 14 series is expected to be launched in the latter half of this year, between September and October. This is Apple’s launch window for its latest iPhone series, and it is likely to remain so unless something major happens.
The iPhone 14 series will reportedly comprise four models: iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Max, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max.
One of the major updates about the iPhone 14 series is that Apple will finally be taking a plunge and introducing a 48 MP camera.
Almost every major report has corroborated with this update, including one by popular Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo.
A recent research note by market research firm TrendForce too claims that the iPhone 14 Pro will be getting a 48 MP camera.
Apple finally seems to be catching up with its Android counterparts in terms of RAM size. Reports citing a Korean leaker claim that Apple will be increasing the RAM size of the latest iPhone 14 series to up to 8 GB. The company usually focuses on increasing the base storage variant instead of the RAM.
